Weigh-In Wednesday

157 again- not really sure how I can gain/lose 3 pounds over and over but that's where I seem to be.

Tired and tired.

You know, I think I've been told that you are naturally going to fluctuate by a few pounds. So you are probably right about where you need to be. I second the congratulations. :)

That's usually where I seem to stay too. I've always viewed it as I get stuck there, but maybe that is okay.

Do you count calories or anything or are you just eating healthier? According to the weight watchers plan, to lose weight at your current weight, you should eat 22 points a day, roughly 1100 calories.

The calculation formula is:
(cal/50)+(fat g/12)-(fiber g up to 4/5)= 1 pt. You may want to try this, you may not. Or maybe it is time to start that exercise. Either way, good job!
