Red Rocks Painting

Here's the painting I did the other day. It's in watercolor, and the subject is a rock climber in Red Rocks, Nevada. I love the simplicity of it. That's how I felt when climbing there. Just simple. Climber, rock, sky. Oh and Joel did like it. He said "My wife, the artist!"

That is outstanding. Excellent texture on the rocks. See, you are the only one critical of it. Keep up the painting.

Start framing and marketing your work: I can think of many people who'd pay a pretty penny for this. Like me.

Sarah that is gorgeous work. I had no idea you were an artist. I've taken many photographs of rock and nature because it all fascinates me totally. I've always told myself I would one day paint what I've seen. I am now inspired to crank out my next painting thanks to you!

Oh and I love rock climbing too...you captured it's essence perfectly in this piece. I agree with one of your posters...you could sell your work.

That is really nice... I like the simplicity of it, too--what a neat angle. The watercolor clouds are really fun, too.
